Aarti Shyamsunder, PhD, is a work/organizational psychologist who started Psymantics Consulting in 2016 (although the idea came much before the name!) with a view to working towards her personal mission - that is, attempting the tricky blend of the art and science of impacting others through her expertise.

The tagline “Make work meaningful…together” depicts Aarti’s approach and the deliberate choice of the name “Psymantics”. Much like ‘semantics’ is about making meaning, ‘Psymantics’ seeks to help others make meaning, through applied psychology at work.
